Terms of Service

By accessing or using G2K Orbit (the "Platform") you agree to these Terms. Users must register, verify their email address via the link sent, and then log in to access paid subscription features. Guests may only browse; they cannot subscribe.

Account Registration & Roles

During signup you must select an Account Role: Civil / Research or Commercial / Enterprise. This role determines profile settings, eligible tools, and pricing tiers such as Civil Explorer. Changes after signup are limited. Your profile data is securely linked to your user account.

Subscriptions and Payments

Each paid plan has fixed monthly limits and storage caps (e.g. 5 PB, 50 PB). No plan includes "unlimited". Customers needing unlimited capacity must contact Sales via support. Subscribe buttons initiate ATZ Money payment (POST /v1/transaction/execute) using the authorized merchant credentials stored securely in Admin settings.

Payment is non-refundable once processed except where required by law. Subscriptions activate on successful capture. Users may cancel active plans by contacting live support.

Acceptable Use

• All satellite data, models and backups must remain legal and compliant with global export and security ordinances.
• Do not use the service for illegal transmission or unauthorized third-party data exfiltration.
• Agents, tools, migrations and AI sync must only be used on your own verified accounts.

Verification Required

Full access requires verified email. Unverified accounts cannot activate payments. All purchases require login.

Limitation of Liability

G2K Orbit platform and satellites provide >99.99% availability with sovereign redundancy. Our services are provided "as is". We are not liable for terrestrial outages, loss of specific files not due to our systems, or any indirect loss. Maximum liability capped by total subscription payments made in last 12 months.
